2. Permitted Use & Food Allergy Risk

You acknowledge that computer vision models may misidentify food items, hidden allergens (e.g., peanuts, gluten, shellfish), or portion density. You assume all health, allergen, and consumption risks. Never rely on SnapCal to prevent allergic reactions or manage medical conditions such as diabetes.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal (California ARL Compliance)

SnapCal PRO is offered as an automatically renewing monthly subscription:

Billing Rate: $7.99 USD per month (or promotional rate as disclosed at checkout).
Billing Frequency: Charged monthly on the recurring anniversary date of your purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before your next renewal cycle directly via the billing link in your receipt or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
